Blue Bar, set inside the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel, serves my absolute favourite martinis in town.  The original is everything you want in a classic drink and their apple variety is always fresh, tart, and strong without ever being sickly or sweet.  The best part is they are served with individual cocktail shakers so you get a far larger serving than at most bars.  Blue Bar manages to offer impeccable service each time, quiet calm ambiance, and even addictive snacks.  Saturdays they have a resident jazz band for those who like live music.  I highly recommend a visit if you are partial to an elegant experience.
