EGG TARTS
You are instantly drawn into The 8 Restaurant upon arrival.  Complete with electronic reflections of koi dancing at your feet and a entrancing lit centerpiece suspended at the centre of the venue you feel like you have entered a welcoming haven for dining.  With a distinct theme around goldfish and luck, we were obsessed with the delicious and beautifully displayed dim sum and the decadent Chinese main courses.  Despite earning two Michelin Stars and the grand feel of their restaurant we were incredibly impressed with every affordable dish on offer.  Try their unique and quality dim sum for a weekend treat, and the dinner menu is vast and all insanely delicious.  I highly recommend the Steamed Crab Claw with Egg White, juicy Barbecued Pork, and Fried Rice with Wagyu Beef.  All prepared to perfection and great value.  And because you are in Macau sample some of the best egg tarts for dessert.  An ideal spot for banquet dinner celebrations, dates, and affordable Michelin starred dining.
