We have been sampling some of the city’s best free flow champagne brunches these past few months and Kitchen is definitely one of our top favourites.  We went a few years back when first arriving in HK, but not only has their selection kept growing, the quality is at a very high standard.  The seafood selection offers an array of freshly shucked oysters, whole lobsters, stacks of crayfish and prawns, and even crab filled with rich roe.  If you prefer cooked breakfast foods feast on their lobster benedict, perfectly cooked bacon and sausage, and even a live pancake cooking station.  For those who don’t think Sundays are complete without a roast dig into any of their three juicy selections including Wagyu beef and roasted leg of lamb.  We even sampled Cantonese cooking, a delicious sushi selection, and HK style soup noodles.  No meal would be complete without an excellent sweets selection and plenty of cheese and antipasti to pair with your flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne.  Don’t forget to try their spicy bloody marys and DIY salad station.  After the amazingly satisfying feast we headed up to the 76th floor pool to continue the party during their famous Sunday Sessions.  What better way to end a great Sunday than with chilled music beside a pool with a view.  We will definitely be returning again and again.
