Wing Lei, located at the luxurious and beautiful Wynn Macau serves up decadent Cantonese cuisine in an inviting and comfortable setting. Not only do they have a delicious menu, adding original twists and quality to traditional dishes, but each dish is impeccably crafted and beautifully displayed. We loved their sweet, crispy version of the famous char siu bao, light and fresh bean curd served in a soy milk broth, and the unique bamboo pith served with superior bird’s nest. We are still craving their tea smoked crispy chicken, smoked with Iron Buddha tea, which was fragrant and had a nice crisp texture. Their restaurant, despite obtaining two Michelin Stars, is still incredibly affordable and perfect for a leisurely brunch. A must visit when staying in Macau.
