Golden Flower, set in the stunning Wynn Macau, is one of our favourite Chinese dining experiences we have sampled since moving to Asia. The authentic Tan cuisine restaurant, with two Michelin stars, is beautifully designed and wows as soon as you walk in. We loved the attention to detail which was evident in every aspect of food display, table setting, and traditional service. They offer an extensive menu featuring delicate Tan cuisine with all it’s history and flavour. Don’t miss their full tea menu and ordering through their tea sommelier who can recommend which goes best with each course and which will suit your current tastes and mood. We highly recommend the fragrant tossed jellyfish, delicate stewed fish maw, and flavourful broiled beef with sesame puffs. Definitely worth a visit to Macau to dine at this unique and enjoyable restaurant.
