Sliders are definitely one of my favourite bar snacks and are even better when paired with quality craft beer. Rockabilly, set in busy LKF, is the perfect spot for after work or weekend hang out time with friends. I highly recommend the Revoloution slider with gooey brie cheese and caramelized onions. Their beef patties are cooked to perfection and the wide variety ensures there’s something for everyone. If you are a craft beer fan like myself make sure to browse the extensive menu on offer and try my brew of choice, Founders IPA. Check out the upstairs seating area which is perfect for enjoying sporting events on the big screens while relaxing in comfy sofas. I’m sure I’ll be camped out there once Wimbledon commences.

Of the opinion that simple concepts are always best Rockabilly’s menu features a small selection of 8 beef sliders, 3 gourmet sliders, ‘fries 7 ways’ as well as its signature wing ™ with craft beers and three spiked slushies.
The slider [mini burgers] menu format allows guests to sample and enjoy a wide variety of different flavours and menu items such as the Tony Montana [pepperoni | mozza cheese & marinara sauce], Ace of Anarchy [sauerkraut | Swiss cheese & thousand island dressing] or the out-of-the-box Moo Moo [teriyaki glaze | grilled pineapple & pickled ginger]. To top it all off one can match the sliders with for instance BBQ cheese, pepperoni pizza or 5 other types of fries.
Designed by the always busy, Ben McCarthy of Charlie&Rose – the creative force behind Brickhouse, Linguini Fini, Stone Nullah & the recently opened Fish & Meat – Rockabilly is spread out over two floors, the first floor being lounged out to accommodate a night out with the girls or watch your favourite sporting events with the boys. Taking inspiration of an abandoned car repair shop & tattoo parlour, the design features urban elements, salvaged fixtures, vintage neon signage and concrete… effortlessly blending American cool with Rockabilly chic.
Last but certainly not least, Rockabilly is excited to launch three regular nights; $10 Tuesdays [all night $10 sliders with the purchase of any beverage], Rock-A-Betty Wednesdays [free spiked slushies for the ladies from 6 – 9 upstairs] & Draft Thursdays [free slider with purchase of any draft] making rockabilly your weekday happy hour hangout.
