The first Chinese free flow brunch has finally arrived in HK and we couldn’t think of a better setting than Aqua Group’s stunning Chinese venue, Hutong. The floor to ceiling windows showing off spectacular harbour views and authentic and beautiful interior decor instantly drew us into the luxurious dining space. We loved the selection of delicious Chinese and Sichuan dishes all bursting with flavour. Favourites from the buffet include the “Ma La” chili grouper, spicy minced pork dumplings, and juicy shredded chicken with Chinese rice wine. Their made to order mains include many delicious Chinese options and even a few decadent dishes that can be ordered at an extra cost.  We loved the crispy Peking duck with pancakes and juicy pork belly grilled with shallot and green pepper. We recommend visiting with a group and sharing several mains among the table for the perfect Chinese dining experience.  The best part is all the delicious fare is paired with fun live performances ideal for entertaining the children and tasty free flow tea cocktails and champagne for equally satisfied adults. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this brunch for those who want to show their visitors an impressive taste of Hong Kong.
