The Popsy Room is a one of a kind dining experience, where your meal is not just about taste but about your other senses too. Set in a chic art gallery, The Popsy Room brings you multi sensory dining, where you integrate with the art and music around you, and each dish is an interpretation of the art itself. Their current artist, Jim Meyerson is one of the first artists to use digital manipulation, and you can currently see his swirling, abstract paintings while you wine and dine. We loved the way the food was beautifully displayed and taste was never compromised. Favourite dishes included their flavourful duck consomme served with a mouthwatering duck ravioli, the tender and juicy braised beef cheek, and the light pistachio zen garden where you are encouraged to play with the “sand” with your fork. Overall we loved the concept of The Popsy Room and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious fare. The perfect spot for a unique dinner party or date night. We can’t wait to see what the next artist brings.
