Rarely do you come across a restaurant that boasts a heritage older than America. Established in 1742, Wiltons keeps diners returning for their classically delicious menu and traditional service style.  We entered the classic dining venue and were instantly drawn to the history and distinguished feel of the entire space. The staff are courteous and exude a professional yet friendly service attitude very rarely seen today. We settled in the new bar area and loved the relaxed yet luxurious ambiance. The menu was straightforward, serving grand seafood options and traditional British fare with slight French influences. We loved the fresh, mouthwatering oysters paired with decadent glasses of champagne. Dover Sole has been one of my all time favourite fish dishes and Wiltons executed the preparation with absolute perfection. We couldn’t get enough of the indulgent sides, including truffle mash potatoes featuring generous shavings of truffle and their rich cauliflower cheese. A traditional apple crumble tart was an ideal finale to a delicious and satisfying meal. Wiltons is a must visit if you are looking for an authentic British dining experience and crave having your meal with a side of history.
