The menu of decadent and delicious courses is not only exciting for your taste buds but your stylish taste. We loved each luxurious course which was served immaculately, using the finest ingredients and culinary skill. Favourites of the night included the beautiful Marinated South Africa Fresh Abalone, served in a lit cage, the floral accented aromatic Double Boiled Conch Soup with Japanese Matsutake, the tender and flavourful Sauteed Diced Wagyu Beef with Green Apple in Mustard Sauce and the fragrant and light Double-Boiled Imperial Bird’s Nest Soup with Osmanthus and Pear.
