Glasshouse, conveniently located on a serene corner of IFC’s rooftop, boasts impressive views through floor to ceiling windows and a spacious terrace. The restaurant is relaxed and welcoming and perfect for lively group dining. We loved the bar seating which faces the windows and harbour creating the ideal perch for enjoying cocktails and a few bites. Their menu is a fusion of Asian and Western cooking techniques, served in easy to share portions, and pairs well with their drinks list. We recommend the crispy and moreish Lime Tempura Smelt Fish with spicy kimchi mayonnaise, the colourful and refreshing Rice Paper and Red Beetroot Roll with avocado, smoked salmon, prawn, herbs and Thai style white balsamic dressing, the tender and flavourful Wagyu Beef Rump Steak which comes with a delicious black truffle fried rice, and the very unique and tasty My “Phad Thai” with black ink noodles, barbecue pork, tofu, free range hen egg and soy bean sprouts. Don’t miss their signature dessert, the Moscovado Sugar Banana Creme Brulee with dark coffee dessert which is set alight tableside for a fun end to the meal. A great spot to start the weekend, unwind after a long day, or just to enjoy drinks and food with friends.
