FC Bar.Grill, located in the secluded and relaxing FC Residence, is the perfect place to escape for lunch or dinner and enjoy a quiet, ambient dining experience. Their menu is composed of both Indonesian specialities and western influenced dishes all incorporating incredibly fresh produce and fragrant flavours. We highly recommend the refreshing Gazpacho with Home-Made Avocado Sorbet, the flavourful Sesame Seed Coated Prawns with FC Garden Salad, the perfectly seared Tuna Wrap with Cherry Tomatoes, Spinach Leaves & Basil Dressing Drizzled with Wasabi Mayo, and their authentic and mouthwatering tasting platter of Satay Lilit, Pepes Ikan, Beef Rendang Curry and Curry Ayam. The chef has a great way with incorporating just enough spice to accent the fresh ingredients while bringing out the natural flavours of the dish.
