HanJan, LKF’s new Korean hot spot, serves up creative Korean style dishes alongside great cocktails in a lively and inviting atmosphere. The owner, Adrienne Lau, and talented team of chefs consulted culinary experts, Korean chefs, and used authentic Korean suppliers to create an innovative menu, fusing traditional flavours with new preparation techniques. We loved their unique “Kimato Cheese Ball” with kimchi and mozzarella mixed inside a whole tomato, the moreish bulgogi nachos with kimchi and tomato, the tender and flavourful “Galbi Galbi” Korean Style Beef Short Ribs, and our favourite dish of the night, the indulgent “Fist of Fury” using slow cooked pork knuckle with 11 kinds of Korean medicinal herbs. Each dish was original, freshly prepared and tasted great with one of their fun and refreshing cocktails. We especially recommend trying their original and tasty Kimchi Fizz Cocktail using Kimchi infused vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, egg white and Tabasco. The best part is that Hanjan is open until 4am on Friday and Saturday nights making it perfect for when those late night hunger pains kick in.
