La Grande Bouffe offers traditional French fare in a fun and friendly setting and is conveniently located on Hollywood Road. We loved the decor inspired from regions all over France, the nostalgic black and white classic movies playing in the background, and their mouthwatering menu full of many of our favourite French dishes. Recommended starters are the indulgent Sweet Layered Duck Liver Pate with Dried Fig, Apricot and Prune, and the rich Ravioli filled with French Comte Cheese served in a lime cream sauce. For mains we loved the flavourful and authentic D.I.Y Beef Tartare served with French baguette toasts and French Fries and their light and fresh Whole Pan-Fried Sea Bass with roasted carrot, lentil and fennel. If you have room for dessert make sure to sample their decadent home made Old-Fashioned Chocolate Mousse.
