SAAM is a foodie haven right at the centre of Soho and serves up fine dining worthy food in a friendly, welcoming, no fuss atmosphere. We loved the straightforward tasting menu of innovative dishes and the casual and enjoyable atmosphere and service. Favourite dishes of the night included the tender and unique Cuttlefish with Sea Urchin, Mentaiko, Yuzu and Seaweed, the mouthwatering Veal Tataki with Osetra Caviar, Cauliflower and crispy potato, the fresh and indulgent Langoustine Tail with Crispy Suckling Pig, Sweet Corn and Morel, and the Ranger Valley Wagyu Beef with Cottage Pie, Sunchoke Puree and Sauce Bordelaise. Each dish fused unexpected flavours and textures to create an exciting and unique meal.
