Townhouse, sister restaurant to Glasshouse in IFC which has long been one of our favourite spots to enjoy cocktails and bar food alongside a spectacular harbour view, is located on the 23rd floor of California Tower and features modern design, equally stunning views of Hong Kong’s skyline, and a large menu of East meets West creations. We highly recommend the selection of robata bites including their juicy Coca-Cola Prime Beef Skewers and the addictive Mushroom with Kimchi Cheese Skewers. Other favourites of the night included the indulgent Cheese Rice Noodles with 62˚ Egg, their luxe version of Singapore Noodles with Red Lobster, Serrano Ham, Goose Liver and Homemade Curry, and the decadent Fondue Set with Egg Puffs for a satisfying end to the night.
