Viet Kitchen serves up a menu of modern Vietnamese cuisine created by award winning chef Peter Cuong Franklin in a lively, chic setting. We recommend starting with a few of the small plates and loved their fall off the bone Caramel Chicken Wings, tasty Steamed Shrimp & Pork Ravioli, and the refreshing Roast Duck Rice Paper Rolls. If you are craving Pho, their Beef Pho is one of our favourites we’ve come across in the city, with a fragrant broth and melt in your mouth slices of beef. For larger plates we recommend their aromatic Wok Fried Clams with Basil, Lemongrass, Chili and Lime Butter Sauce, and their tender and flavourful “Saigon Shaking Beef” using beef tenderloin, rocket, tomato and garlic. Make sure to save room for dessert and sample their refreshing Sweet Basil Dessert with basil mint ice cream, strawberry sauce and balsamic caramel, and their indulgent Vietnamese Affogato using coffee ice cream, house made Kahlua and drip coffe. A perfect spot for a creative and fresh take on traditional Vietnamese fare and a definite Hungry Hong Kong favourite.
