We loved the spectacular view and impeccable service alongside their chef’s exceptional menu. Chef Sammy Ho Pui Yung has updated Above and Beyond’s menu with light, authentic and healthy Cantonese dishes all prepared by a talented culinary team. We highly recommend the fresh and flavourful Crispy Crab Claw with Shrimp Mousse, the fragrant Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Egg White and Yellow Broth, the indulgent Wok-Fried Wagyu Beef Cubes with Chiu Chow Style Soy Marinated Goose Liver, and the tender and aromatic Marinated Chicken in Shaoxine Wine. The quality and care taken when creating this menu was evident throughout the meal.
