Brasserie Max, located in the quintessential Covent Garden Hotel within the heart of Seven Dials, is the ideal spot to enjoy a classic British Sunday Brunch. We loved the chic decor, impeccable service, and sophisticated ambiance ideal for a day out in London. Favourite starters off the menu included their fresh Black Sesame Seared Tuna with Ginger, Pickled Daikon and Wasabi Mayonnaise and the crispy and flavourful Crab Cakes with Mango Chilli and Lime Relish. Their Sunday Roasts are a true indulgent feast and sampled both their Roast Beef and Roast Pork Chop which were cooked to juicy perfection and accompanied with all the trimmings including Yorkshire puddings, red cabbage, carrots, Brussels sprouts and delicious gravies. Make sure to save room for dessert and end your meal perfectly with their morish Apple Tarte Tartin with vanilla ice cream and pair your meal with a bottle of wine from their extensive list to enjoy a long leisurely Sunday during your stay in London.

  1. I love this recipe, But I find that cooking in an oven dries out the beef too much, so I constructed my own waterbath out of empty yogurt containers and the heat of my own self righteousness so I could cook it sous vide.

  2. Appreciate you sharing, great blog article. Thanks Again. Fantastic.
