We highly recommend the addictive and flavourful “Moo Tort Ta Krai” Deep Fried Sliced Pork with Lemongrass, Coriander Root, Garlic, Salt and Pepper, the juicy and fragrant “Kung Nam Ma Kam” Deep Fried King Prawns with Tamarind Sauce, Palm Sugar, Fish Sauce, Chili, Garlic and Coriander Root, and their always impressive, perfectly prepared “Pla Phao Glua” Salt-Crusted Whole Seabass stuffed with Lemongrass, Pandanas and Lime Leaf cooked over fire with a Chili Dipping Sauce.
