Chilli Fagara is one of our favourite spots in town for a spicy fix and authentic Sichuan fare. We love the intimate setting, friendly service and varied menu and were excited to return and try a few more of their delicious dishes. Favourites of the night included the mouthwatering and fiery Dry Chili Prawns, the Delectable Pork and Vegetable Dumplings with In-House Garlic-Infused Sauce, the Indulgent Dan Dan Noodles in a rich In-House Peanut Base and the fresh and flavouful Black Truffle Chicken Salad using Shredded Poached Chicken drizzled with Black Truffle Sauce and Truffle Oil. Make sure to check out their homemade XO sauce and pair your meal with a bottle of Riesling or Pirate Life IIPA.
