Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, originally from NYC, has landed in Hong Kong and is serving prime cuts in true American steakhouse fashion. The ambient dining room featuring dark leather seats, sports channels at the bar, and an impressive wine cellar is reminiscent of a classic New York establishment. We liked the concise menu and highly recommend their generous Beverly Hills Chopped Salad and creamy and rich Lobster Bisque to start. For our main course we shared a juicy cut of U.S.D.A Prime, Dry-Aged, NY Sirloin Steak served sizzling on a hot plate. The portion was plenty for two people and went perfectly with the hearty side dishes of Creamed Spinach and Mashed Potato. Make sure to save room for the indulgent Homemade Wolfgang’s Cheese Cake with Homemade Whipped Cream and ask your server for wine pairing recommendations from their tempting collection.
