Set amongst the grand buildings of Galaxy Macau, the efficient staff at Banyan Tree created a dreamy and memorable dinner for our Destination Dining at Cabana. Complete with live music, beautiful table setting with rose petals, discreet service and privacy we were treated to their mouthwatering “Dinner of the Love Knots” feast. The menu started with a fresh and delectable seafood platter including Gold Caviar, Tiger Prawns, Premium Oysters, Alaskan Crab Legs and Hokkaido Scallops, followed by a Boston Lobster Bisque which was flambéed tableside. The “Surf and Turf” main course comprised of a delicious, cooked to order U.S.D.A Prime Tenderloin, and a sweet and meaty Grilled Lobster served with Whipped Potato and a Truffle Beef Jus. We highly recommend this experience to those who are celebrating a special occasion or if you are looking to treat your other half. An amazing, unique and memorable way to spend a night in Macau.
