Favourites of the night included the flavourful Sardine with Fennel, White Bean, Tomato and ‘Nduja, the tender Lamb Ribs with Orange, Yogurt and Coriander, the fragrant Grilled Octopus with Harissa and Burgul Potato Cake, the refreshing Zucchini Salad with Grilled Pumpkin, Labneh and Pine Nut, and the insanely juicy and mouthwatering Wagyu Hanger Steak with a delicious Spiced Butter. Save room for dessert and delve into the unique Spiced Quince and pair with an Espresso Martini.
