Thu Bon Restaurant, located at Hoi An Silk Marina, offers traditional Vietnamese and international dishes served at their eatery facing the resorts landscape garden and Thu Bon River. We were served a menu of local favourites including Banana Blossom Salad, Stir Fried Prawns with Cashew Nuts, Grilled Pork Ribs with Honey Sauce, Stir Fried Morning Glory and Flan Caramel. They also offer a great happy hour including freshly made cocktails which is not to be missed if staying at the resort.
