Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is located on arguably the most beautiful and pristine white sand beach on the island. Surrounded by lush Rainforest, limestone cliffs, a UNESCO World GeoPark, and glittering blue seas, it’s the ideal getaway for honeymooners or families. We were in awe from the moment we set foot in the grand and tranquil entrance. Our family beach villa facing the Andaman Sea boasted vaulted high ceilings, a romantic and huge master bedroom, cute and comfortable second bedroom, gorgeous indoor and outdoor bathtubs, and more than enough space for our family and two children. The outdoor terrace was perfect for watching sunsets or enjoying a relaxed In-Villa lunch, and we couldn’t get enough of the refreshing plunge pool ideal for cooling off after relaxing in the sun. If you are looking for a true beach dining experience, treat your family to a Private Beach BBQ and enjoy a luxurious meal just steps from your villa.
When we actually pulled ourselves away from the comfort of our villa we loved all the amenities the resort had to offer. The sprawling space is split into two distinct areas, one for families and another adult only sector perfect for honeymooners. In the family area, we loved the cluster of kids pools located next to the interactive kids club, and relaxing meals beachfront at Kelapa Grill. When we wanted time alone as a couple, we headed over to the adult only pool feature grand, private cabanas and sweeping sea views. After a refreshing afternoon swim, we enjoyed innovative cocktails and majestic sunsets at stunning Rhu Bar, before heading to the rustic and traditional Ikan-Ikan for a Malaysian feast. A must do activity while visiting Four Seasons Langkawi is their epic Mangrove and Eagles Safari Tour, where the knowledgeable guides help you get up close and personal with the amazing wildlife living in the GeoPark. We highly recommend for children of all ages and promise it will be an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
Throughout our stay the staff could not do more to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Nothing was too much to ask and the resort offered a true sense of luxury and privacy. We would highly recommend this picturesque resort to all families and couples looking to create memories on this magical island.
