Indian theme night buffets are always one of our favourites, and we loved it when Overwater Bar at Gili Lankanfushi turned their venue into a market bursting with flavours and spices for the evening. The tandoori fish and chicken were juicy and flavourful with just the right amount of heat, and we still can’t forget how mouthwatering the made to order dosai were. Don’t miss all the fresh and vibrant salads, and of course the selection of authentic and indulgent curries, the Butter Chicken being our favourite. The sweet Gulab Jamun is the perfect end to the flavourful dinner and make sure to ask their sommelier to pair wines to match.
