We loved the Japanese fare during our dinner including sweet Sea Scallop Sashimi and fresh Reef Fish Nigiri. The perfectly grilled Salmon Belly Skewers were a true delight, and we loved the delicate Toothfish with Misoyaki sauce. The meaty Grilled Jumbo Scampi were a definite highlight of the meal and a must order when dining at Out of the Blue.
