Head to Salsa Verde at Grand Hyatt Bali for some tasty European fare in a relaxed poolside setting. We loved the Italian inspired menu with decadent pizzas and tempting North Italian pastas that we couldn’t resist.  The Burrata Pizza, cooked in their stone oven, is a must order bursting with fresh flavours. The menu offers plenty of healthy, vibrant options and we recommend the Swordfish Carpaccio with Wild Rocket and Cherry Tomato, the Baked Beetroot & Ricotta Salad with Toasted Walnut and Apple, and the Semolina Crusted Seared Tuna Loin with Semi Dried Tomato and Pickled Shallots. Their kids menu was also generous and great quality, and we loved pairing our meal with fresh tropical juices and fragrant iced teas. A perfect lunch spot when staying in Nusa Dua.
