For the main course we highly recommend the Australian “Mayura Station” (HK$1,688; HK$844 after discount), a 30-36 month aged Wagyu steak which was a perfect balance of marbling with plenty of tender texture and flavour. Make sure to save room for dessert and sample the Passion Fruit Creme Brulee with Vodka-Orange & Cointreau Granita.
