We always love a good breakfast buffet and Green Bay Phu Quoc’s was excellent. The varied and large selection featured both Western and local options which we enjoyed on their beautiful outdoor tables on a sunny day. Highlights included the comforting noodle bar, cooked to order egg station, daily changing local fare, fresh salads, and revitalising Vietnamese cold brew coffee. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the homemade yogurts and freshly baked pastries, and the staff were always quick to help with freshly squeezed juices. A perfect way to start the day during your stay at Green Bay.
