Night Market at Novotel Phu Quoc is the ideal way to taste a slice of local fare without leaving the beautiful resort. Phu Quoc Seafood Restaurant and its exterior area is transformed weekly into a traditional local market featuring mouth-watering seafood, a live pho station, and even Thai style ice cream. A blackboard features all the fresh options of the day and prices by weight, and the chefs walked us through how we would like each dish prepared. Highlights included the fragrant Whole Red Snapper, fresh Oysters with Cheese, tender Octopus, and fragrant Mussels. Our kids devoured the warming pho and loved all the flavours in each seafood dish. A fun and delicious way to spend an evening with the family while staying at Novotel Phu Quoc.
