Highlights from our recent visit trying their 10 Year Anniversary Menu included the rich and flavourful Steak Tartare, the fresh and delicate Patagonian Toothfish with Lobster and Laksa Beurre Blanc, and the insanely tender and juicy Kansas Prime Striploin with Roasted Bone Marrow and Sauce Bordelaise.
