Favourites of the nights included the decadent Chopped Tuna & Spring Onion with Caviar, the fresh and beautifully displayed Chef’s Recommended Sashimi Selection, the large, addictive Boiled Clams with Shiso & Pollock Roe, the sweet and perfectly prepared Hokkaido Scallop Teppanyaki with Red Pepper Sauce, and the indulgent Confit de Canard Teppanyaki. Boasting over 100 bottles, their huge selection of varied sake is one of the best we’ve seen in HK and their ¬†knowledgeable sommelier guided us through a perfect pairing with each course. We enjoyed every single dish and loved the friendly and interactive dining experience at KURA.
