Chef Alex Law boasts over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked alongside world renowned chef Donovan Cooke when they opened The Atlantic Restaurant in Melbourne. His welcome return to his hometown Hong Kong shows him putting his exceptional skill and use of the highest standard in ingredients to produce mouthwatering seasonal menus.
