Highlights from our most recent visit included the decadent Japanese Uni with Lobster Jelly and Caviar, the fragrant Ebisu Oyster cooked in Sake, the delicate and flavourful Hokkaido Scallop “A La Plancha”, the rich and flavourful Eel with Foie Gras, and the juicy, perfectly prepared Duck Breast with Beetroot and Sichuan Pepper.
