SALA Restaurant is the ideal backdrop for a romantic evening or ambient dinner while staying in Phuket. We loved the outdoor seating with views of the stunning sunset and beautiful horizon. The extensive menu features a plethora of mouthwatering fare with both decadent Western dishes and authentic local fare on offer. We loved the creamy Braised Massaman Lamb Meatballs in a Mild Curry, the fragrant and flavourful Thai Style Market Fresh White Snapper served Whole and Boneless with Mango Salad, the tender and crisp Confit Duck Leg which is cured overnight then braised for 9 hours, and the irresistibly juicy 100% Grass Fed Angus & Hereford Australian Heritage Black Angus Beef Tenderloin which was cooked to perfection. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the children’s menu selection and we felt welcome every evening by the friendly and accommodating staff. A beautiful setting for a delicious and enjoyable dinner on picturesque Maikhao beach.
