Located on stunning Racha Yai and only twelve nautical miles from the heart of Phuket, The Racha Phuket is a beautiful sanctuary situated in the Andaman Sea. As our private speed boat approached The Racha’s beach we were in instant awe of the crystal clear waters and postcard worthy white sand beach. Although the resort is only a short journey from the hustle and bustle of Phuket you feel like you’re a world away. The stunning modern villas face sea views where you can enjoy colourful sunsets and the ultimate in five star luxury. Our Two Bedroom Grand Pool Suite featured a decadent master bedroom with wraparound windows showcasing the natural beauty of the island. We loved the cozy separate lounge area and inviting separate bedroom, perfect for those travelling with young children. The indulgent bathroom included a giant size bath, waterfall shower, and even a refreshing tropical outdoor shower. We spent our days snorkelling amongst the abundance of fish in the reef located just on The Racha’s front steps and indulging in mouthwatering fare at their delicious dining outlets. Earth Cafe was our ideal choice for leisurely breakfasts and casual lunches and we couldn’t resist the ambient and inviting Sunset Restaurant serving freshly caught seafood and Traditional Thai specialities for dinner. The Racha Phuket is truly a slice of paradise and the ultimate in beauty and luxury in the area. We can’t wait to return for one of our favourite family friendly holiday spots.
