Rum Chapel serves a delicious and elevated Thai menu that allows the diner to sample a variety of Thai flavours and recipes with a twist. We loved the unique and creative Thai Style Tuna Tartare with Avocado, Chili, Lemongrass, Shallots and Green Chili Dressing, the tender and flavourful Grilled Salmon with Panang Sauce and Pickled Vegetables, and the juicy and vibrant Marinated Pork Neck with Spicy Sauce, Apple, Cabbage, Cucumber Salad and Nam Chim Jaew. Every dish used tradiotnal flavours but stepped out of the box for a burst of taste, texture, and presesntation.  A must try menu when staying at The Naka Island Phuket.
