We were instantly awed by the stunning beachfront location boasting fine white sand and turquoise waters. The resort offers full service on their beach from sun loungers under the palms to cocktails served by waitstaff and even a jerk hut serving authentic Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Our children loved swimming in the crystal clear waters, splashing in the refreshing swimming pools, and partaking in daily activities with the engaging RiuLand staff.
Dining was both varied and delicious throughout our stay from a plentiful buffet which changed daily to a variety of a la carte restaurants. We loved the unique Asian fair at Hakuchi, the juicy New York Strip at their Steakhouse, and the fine dining experience offered at Krystal Gourmet. Rimini, their Italian eatery, is perfect for those traveling with kids and they also had a tempting cafe and variety of bars creating your favourite cocktail. Whether you’re craving a fun filled holiday with friends or a family vacation to remember, Riu offers something for everyone looking for that tropical beach vacation.
