Located on the 34th floor of The Excelsior Hotel, ToTT’s combines great views with a delicious Sunday brunch. The brunch includes a selection of cooking stations including a live foie gras cooking station, a pasta station, and an egg station. I was extremely pleased that they also had a carvery station where I could satisfy my cravings of a delicious Sunday roast with giant Yorkshire Puddings. We loved their poached egg, which was runny, rich, and came highly recommend by talented Chef de Cuisine Bart Cywinski. Enjoy the free flow Veuve Clicquot and help your self to Bloody Marys (a must on a Sunday) at their Bloody Mary station. Finish with a selection of fruit dipped in the chocolate fountain and a taste of their cheese platter.
