Who else gets excited when truffle season hits HK? For the month of July Le Port Parfume and Bistro Du Vin are serving up a mouthwatering mushroom and truffle menu we couldn’t resist. We sampled the delicious dishes at Le Port Parfume and loved the fragrant mushrooms and truffles delivered fresh from Yunnan. Favourites off the menu were the indulgent morels and scrambled eggs, flavourful black truffle tart, and juicy beef tenderloin paired with a delicious and authentic morel cream sauce.  This menu is not one to miss and perfect for an impressive date night. Make sure to sample it with wines recommended from their great list of French vintages and finish with one of Le Port Parfume’s amazing desserts.
