From now until the end of April Umai Ramen Sumibiyaki are serving an exclusive Wagyu menu incorportating top grade beef from Hyogo, Miyazaki and Kagoshima. We loved the rich and decadent Tachima A4 Wagyu Rib Eye Sushi, the melt in your mouth tender Tachima A4 Wagyusashimi and the Kagoshima Chuck Flat Steak which was packed full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The quality was evident in every bite and we were pleased to discover their affordable price points. Make sure to sample other items off their main menu such as the Grilled Wild Caught Giant Tiger Prawns, the salty and moreish broad beans, and their delicious assorted tempura. Umai also have an extensive drinks menu, bringing to HK many Japanese classics including Hoppy Dark Beer with Sochu and frozen Kirin beer. We had so much fun sampling everything and truly felt we had escaped to a late night spot in Japan for a few hours. An ideal dining destination for those who enjoy Japanese fare and are looking to pair great drinks with delicious food.
