We recommend the rich and flavourful Beef Tartare with Yuzu Mayonnaise and Truffle Powder, the juicy “Uptop Chicken” with orange endive, chestnut and red date jus, the flavourful, melt in your mouth “Mr Angus” Sous Vide Beef with smoked garlic and corn, king oyster mushroom and miso red wine sauce, and the refreshing Apple Crumble using warm caramelised apple, ginger sparkling crumble and white chocolate ice cream. Chef Yeung makes sure to incorporate seasonal produce throughout the menu and the fresh flavours were evident throughout.
