Bejana, The Ritz Carlton’s authentic Balinese restaurant, serves a menu of authentic and high quality Indonesian fare. We visited on their buffet night and were eager to sample the many traditional dishes on offer. Favourites of the night include the spicy and flavourful Beef Rendang, juicy Kalimantan Style King Prawns with Tomato-Chili Relish, indulgent Balinese Style Braised Eggs, fragrant Lombok Style Grilled Spring Chicken with Chili and Lime and of course the impressive and decadent Babi Guling. We also loved the dessert selection which introduced us to a plethora of Balinese treats we were able to try for the first time. A perfect meal for the family, especially if you are eager to sample a true taste of Bali.
