Bizou, a new American Brasserie located in Pacific Place, features stylish interiors, great service, and a tempting menu that will keep you coming back. International Chef Magnus Hansson has used his talent to create a mouthwatering farm-to-table menu offering everything from vibrant salads and juicy steaks to decadent and skilled desserts. We loved the light and fragrant Pan-Roasted Sweet Prawns with Hot-Smoked Paprika, Garlic Chili Oil, Herbs and Fromage Blanc, the tender and flavourful Grilled Octopus with Crispy Potatoes, Olives, Young Celery, Mint Hummus, Sumac, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon, the fresh and flaky Pan-Seared Icelandic Cod Fillet with Butter, Soft-Boiled Egg, Cauliflower Puree and Fresh Horseradish, and the insanely indulgent Aged Grass-Fed Fillet with Red Miso Butter, Apricot Grain Mustard Marmalade and Baked Purple Yam. We finished with the devilishly rich and delicious Gooey Chocolate Cake and couldn’t help but sample a few of famed mixologist, Joseph Boroski’s, innovative cocktails. A perfect spot for after work drinks and dinner or a fun lunch after a day shopping.
