We recently returned to one of our favourite SoHo restaurants, Aberdeen Street Social, to sample Executive Chef Chris Whitmore’s new Social Supper set menu. For only $280HK you are treated to two mouthwatering courses of seasonal fare, all served in the restaurants stylish and inviting dining area. Our meal started with a warming plate of country style house baked bread and creamy whipped butter. For appetizers we loved the delicate and fresh Salt Baked Beetroot Salad and the flavourful Smoked Steak Tartare with Egg Yolk Puree, Beer Pickled Onions and Fried Capers. For mains we highly recommend the large, juicy Rib Eye Steak with Bearnaise Sauce, and the decadent Grilled Half Maine Lobster with Herbs and Garlic Butter. The menu showcases incredible produce and quality for this price and the service is as always extremely friendly and professional. The perfect dining experience for a casual date or night out with a group of friends. Make sure to pair with some of their great wine selection and end your night with a few of their delicious cocktails downstairs for an ideal evening.
The Social Supper 2-Course Set Menu is available daily between 6:00pm – 7:30pm with a 60 minute seating time.
