Soneva Fushi’s organic garden is one of the gem’s of the island. Growing everything from fresh herbs and greens to tropical fruit, mushrooms, and so much more, it’s the perfect place for a talented chef to find inspiration. Their restaurant, Fresh in the Garden, is a stunning venue without walls. Surrounded by lush trees, fresh air, and sparkling constellations at night, the venue is ideal for a date night and star gazing. We loved the fresh and mouthwatering menu where the chef used many ingredients from their sustainable garden including a vibrant tomato salad, delectable fresh scallop topped with indulgent caviar, and flavourful lamb loin with garden vegetables. The wine list pairs very well with the menu and we loved the relaxed and private setting. Make sure to climb a few stairs after dinner, peer through their incredibly powerful telescope and get to know the start with their resident astronomer. An unforgettable evening during our stay.
