Chef Oliver Li has brought Japanese fine dining to WHISK for a limited time menu. The eight-course tasting menu is comprised of culinary delights including beautifully presented Japanese Uni with Lobster Jelly and Caviar, Ebisu Oyster cooked at the table with Sake, rich and flavourful Cod Roe with sizzling Pork Belly Sauce, and tender and juicy Miyazaki Wagyu Beef all executed with precision with slight Western influences. We loved the creativity throughout the menu and the unique mixture of flavours that was evident in each dish. All premium ingredients chosen by Chef Li showcased the best of Japan. Make sure to order the wine pairing for the full experience. The menu is only available until March 27, so make sure to book a table soon.
