The Flying Elk has revamped it’s menu, expanding the a la carte options to bring you more Nordic fare inspired by Chef Björn Frantzén’s home. The heart of the menu still concentrates on European comfort food, with dishes that will delight and stand out from the crowd in HK’s buzzing restaurant scene. Highlights off the new menu include the fresh and vibrant Roasted Beetroot with Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke, the fragrant Fish & Chips “TFE” with Curry Remoulade, the flavourful Ox Ribs Rossini with Sauce Bordelaise, and the large, crisp and tender Veal Schnitzel “Bjorn Frantzen” with Red Wine Jus and Deep Fried Capers.
